To track your order head to www.royalmail.com and enter your tracking reference number. This will be emailed to you once your order has been sent to post. If you think you have not received your tracking reference, please make sure you check your Spam or Junk folder before contacting us.
I am unable to refund if you have simply changed your mind or if the item has not arrived when expected. If you do have ANY questions about your item or order, please contact us at the earliest opportunity to discuss.
If your package is returned to sender, you will be liable to cover any additional shipping costs to resend the package to you. You will be contacted immediately should this happen.
CUSTOM FEES & IMPORT DUTIES

If you think your order is faulty please contact us immediately. A photograph of the fault and proof of purchase must be provided. Items are only exchanged if agreed to be defective or damaged.Our refund policy on faulty items applies for 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, the policy is not applicable.
